WILL YOU TRAVEL TO MY EVENT LOCATION?

Yes! Our VIP Booth rental is subject to a travel fee from our Castro Valley office depending on your event location. Our Selfie Booth rental, which is our pick up/drop off rental, is a great option if you are located outside of our immediate service area. Contact us to find out more!

HOW DO I BOOK MY EVENT?

You can fill out our rental quote form by clicking here: Book Now or email us at bayvalleybooth@gmail.com to reserve your event date. We require a paid invoice and signed contract to book your date. We look forward to celebrating with you!

DOES THE PHOTO BOOTH COME WITH AN ATTENDANT?

Our photo booth rentals are unattended. Depending on which rental you choose, we will either drop off the photo booth at your event, or you can pick it up from us. The best part of our booth is that it can be set up and left for your guests to use whenever they want. The software is so simple that it will walk your guests through the picture and sharing process with ease.

DOES THE BOOTH PRINT PICTURES?

No. Our photo booth is eco-friendly, zero-waste, and completely digital. Once your guest takes a photo, they will have to option to instantly text or email their pictures to themselves. This makes for easy sharing to Instagram and Facebook! An online gallery of all images will also be given to you at the end of your event.

WHAT IS OUR GLAM UPGRADE OPTION?

Our Glam upgrade is our skin-smoothing glow photo booth upgrade. Think black and white photos among many other filters. Choose to have all photos taken in glam mode or have it as an option for you and your guests to choose from!

DO I NEED A BACKDROP?

Backdrops are available as an add-on to both of our photo booth rental packages. We offer a variety of different backdrops to choose from, sequin, tulle, and velvet designs. You may also provide your own backdrop. The party or event itself serves as a fun background to your pictures too. So point the booth in the direction of where all the action is and start snapping photos!

CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE PHOTO TEMPLATE?

From the layout to the background color, to the text/logo, there are so many ways to customize the photos for your event. We work with you to create a template that compliments your event theme.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SETUP?

The setup process is very quick. Whether you choose to have us drop off the photo booth at your event, or pick up from us, our booth is very intuitive and easy to setup. Our Selfie Booth rental includes a video tutorial and guidebook, so you and your guests will be partying in no time!

DO YOU OFFER PROPS?

At this time we are not offering physical props, but you are more than welcome to provide your own if you'd like!
